There's a lot of misinformation, fear mongering, and willful ignorance regarding firearms.
Just like any other type of weapon,
basic firearms proficiency and knowledge 
is essential. 

This creates a natural confidence and safety for everyone involved. 


Between the military and martial arts, I've learned how to be proficient with  various weapons. 

Swords, knives, sticks, chains, books, newspapers, pencils...put it in my hands, and I'll use it effectively.
